Creating friendly recreational spaces in the Gościno municipality by constructing and reconstructing 7 playgrounds to improve access to small public infrastructure

Summary

The contract covers the construction and reconstruction of seven playgrounds in the Gościno municipality: new playgrounds in Dargocice and Ramlewo and reconstructed playgrounds in Karkowo, Ołużna, Pławęcino, Pobłocie Małe and Robuń. The works include site preparation, demolition and earthworks, foundations and surfaces, delivery and installation of new playground equipment, small architectural elements, fencing, landscaping, restoration, documentation, testing and waste management. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 6,000 bid guarantee is required, and the winning contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price. The offer is assessed by price at 60% and warranty period at 40%; the offered warranty may not be shorter than 48 months.
