Modernization of the village community centre in Jednaczewo

Summary

The tender covers renovation and modernization of the village community centre in Jednaczewo. The works include bathroom renovation, demolition, masonry, plastering, filling, painting, suspended ceilings, flooring, door joinery, sanitary and water installations, electrical installations, sanitary equipment, testing and commissioning. The existing lighting throughout the building must be replaced with energy-efficient LED lighting, touchless faucets with water-consumption monitoring sensors must be installed, and water-saving flush systems must be fitted. The internal gas installation must also be extended, including new sections, fittings and equipment, sealed penetrations, leak-tightness testing, commissioning and handover for use. All associated, cleaning and reinstatement works, certified materials and equipment, and compliance with construction, technical and occupational safety rules are required. The works must be completed by 4 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100 points. No bid guarantee is required, but performance security is required.
