Modernisation of two sports complexes, “My Pitch” – Orlik 2012, in Kosina and Wysoka – Stage II

Summary

The contract covers the modernisation of two sports complexes, “My Pitch” – Orlik 2012, in Kosina and Wysoka. The works include reconstruction of multifunctional pitches, demolition of existing surfaces and structural layers, new concrete edging and sub-base, new EPDM spray or preferably sandwich polyurethane surfaces, line marking, sports equipment supply and installation, local fence repairs, possible drainage repairs, replacement of lighting fittings with 200 W LED fittings, and modernisation of back-up facilities. The contract period is 12 months from signature. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10 September 2026 at 10:00. The award criteria are price (60%) and the warranty and statutory liability period (40%): 36 months receives 0 points, 48 months 20 points and 60 months 40 points. A PLN 13,000 tender guarantee is required, and the successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
