Comprehensive delivery of educational and information activities on air protection in the Szydłowiec municipality under the “Mazowsze without Smog” project in 2026–2028

Summary

The contract covers the comprehensive organisation, preparation, delivery and documentation of educational and information activities on air protection in the Szydłowiec municipality under the “Mazowsze without Smog” project. From the contract signature until 31 December 2028, the contractor must organise 6 educational events and at least 4 information campaigns each year, prepare promotional and educational materials, distribute 4,000 information materials in 2027 and 2028, and provide photographic, attendance, evaluation and reporting documentation. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 11:00 and remain valid for 30 days. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and the experience of the delivery team (40%). No bid guarantee is required.
