The contract covers construction of a culvert on the Muławka River along municipal road No. 126013N, including a temporary detour road, diversion ditch and temporary culvert. The main culvert will be a 19.55 m long corrugated steel pipe with a diameter of 1,400 mm and a longitudinal slope of 1%, together with foundations, slope protection, river-bed reinforcement and a 26 m long MON-panel road surface. The contractor must supply the materials, maintain traffic and water flow, perform surveying and as-built documentation, and complete the works between 1 November 2026 and 31 January 2027. The bid deadline is 10 September 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and the quality warranty and defects-liability period (40%). A PLN 3,000 bid guarantee and 5% performance security are required.
