Construction of photovoltaic installations at municipal facilities (Olszówka and Adamin water booster stations, wastewater treatment plant)

Summary

The contract covers the construction of two ground-mounted photovoltaic installations, each with a capacity of 40.00 kWp, at the Olszówka and Adamin water booster stations, and the expansion of the existing photovoltaic installation at the Olszówka wastewater treatment plant by an additional 9.00 kWp. The works also include energy storage at the wastewater treatment plant, active reactive-power compensators at both water booster stations, electrical and earthworks, equipment configuration, testing and measurements, functional trials, commissioning, staff training, as-built documentation and acceptance procedures. The contract period is 3 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically through the procurement platform by 10 September 2026 at 10:00, and bidders must provide a bid guarantee of PLN 5,000. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and the warranty period for proper performance, weighted at 40%.
