Delivery of a brand-new backhoe loader

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of one brand-new backhoe loader for the civil protection and civil defence needs of the Stary Sącz municipality. The machine must meet detailed technical requirements, including production year 2024 or later, minimum engine power of 75 kW, minimum engine capacity of 4.5 litres, Stage V emissions, four-wheel drive, specified hydraulic performance and operating equipment. Delivery and commissioning must be completed within two months of signing the contract, including operator training at the contracting authority’s premises. The bid must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation criteria are price (60%), warranty and statutory liability period (20%), and warranty service response time (20%). A PLN 5,000 bid guarantee is required.
