Construction of a warehouse building for civil protection resources with welfare facilities, site development and technical infrastructure in Świątki, Part I

Summary

This construction tender covers the basic construction stage of a warehouse building for civil protection resources with welfare facilities, site development and technical infrastructure at plot no. 30/18 in the Świątki cadastral area. The basic scope includes earthworks, site preparation, foundations for the hall structure, subfloor layers excluding the final floor surface, ground reinforcement in front of the building excluding concrete block paving, and utility connections. The contracting authority may additionally exercise an option for Variant B, covering the final floor layer and winter protection, and Variant C, covering the supply and installation of the hall’s steel structure. The option may be exercised in whole or in part if funding is available; its maximum value is the value of the Variant B and Variant C works stated in the tenderer’s offer. The basic works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 9 September 2026 at 08:00 and will be assessed by price (60%) and warranty and defects-liability period (40%). A bid guarantee of PLN 20,000 and performance security of 5% are required.
