Supply of radio communication equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and installation of radio communication equipment for the Nowy Sącz district authorities and fire service. The scope includes 17 TETRA communication sets, a radio station with a dispatcher-console module, a 15-inch dispatcher console with microphone and power supply, and a DMR communication set. The equipment must be new, complete, undamaged and ready for use, with at least a 12-month quality warranty. Delivery and installation must be completed within 60 calendar days of signing the contract. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weighting and the warranty period 40%.
