The contract covers reconstruction of county road 1486K Gorlice–Dominikowice over km 4+610–5+296 in Kobylanka and Dominikowice. The works include full replacement of the road structure, a sidewalk, bus bays, street lighting and illuminated pedestrian crossings, reconstruction of culverts, a stormwater collector, reinforced shoulders, crash barriers and pedestrian railings. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 11 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation is based on price (60 points) and warranty period (40 points); the warranty must be at least 60 months, with a maximum of 120 months counted for scoring.
