Construction of a pedestrian path with associated infrastructure in Sulejów – second procedure

Summary

The procurement concerns construction of a pedestrian path and related public-space infrastructure in Sulejów. The works include a 1,020 m² asphalt-concrete path, installation of 8 benches, 8 waste bins and 2 information and educational boards, construction of an approximately 50 m dry stream ending in a basin of approximately 250 m², planting of low and high vegetation, and site clean-up. The delivery and installation of one multifunctional playground unit is an optional scope. The contract period is 3 months. Offers must be submitted electronically through the purchasing platform in Polish by 10 September 2026. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and the quality warranty period for materials and construction works (40%); the available warranty options are 36, 48 or 60 months. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the basic contract remuneration.
