Purchase and delivery of computer equipment – UPS uninterruptible power supply

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase and delivery of 30 UPS uninterruptible power supplies, with an option for up to 5 additional units. The basic order must be delivered within 30 days of contract signature; any option order must be delivered within 30 days of the option notice. The UPS units must have at least 850 VA apparent power, a maximum switching time of 10 ms, automatic voltage regulation, surge and overload protection, audible and LED operating indicators, at least two Schuko sockets, and a minimum 12-month warranty. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%), optional technical parameters (20%) and extended manufacturer warranty (20%).
