Renovation of balconies on multi-family residential buildings owned by ZGM TBS in Częstochowa

Summary

The contract concerns the renovation of balconies on multi-family residential buildings in Częstochowa, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers buildings at Herberta Street 1, apartments 12, 37, 48, 60, 62 and 72, and Herberta Street 3, apartment 29. Lot 2 covers buildings at Czecha Street 2a, apartments 27, 28, 50 and 52, and Czecha Street 2c, apartment 27. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. The works must be completed from contract signature until 30 November 2026. The bid deadline is 10 September 2026 at 12:00. Offers are evaluated separately for each lot: price carries 95% and the proposed warranty and defect-liability period carries 5%. The minimum warranty and defect-liability period is 36 months and the period is assessed up to 60 months. A bid guarantee of PLN 500 is required for each lot.
