Supply of communication systems

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of communication systems for OLiOC, divided into four tasks: 14 TETRA communication sets with installation and assembly; one TETRA set with installation and assembly; one TETRA and DMR set with installation and assembly; and 10 TETRA sets with TEA-2 encryption. The contract must be completed by 30 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish through the procurement platform by 3 September 2026 at 08:00. Price accounts for 60% and the proposed reduction of the delivery period for 40% of the evaluation. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
