Comprehensive improvement of public space in Lichynia – Stage 1

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the comprehensive improvement of public space in Lichynia, Stage 1. The scope includes demolishing a former kindergarten building, disposing of demolition waste and constructing a new fence along plot 212/9 from prefabricated reinforced-concrete elements. The contractor must also provide qualified construction supervision, surveying services and as-built surveying documentation, organise and mark the site, arrange any required health and safety plan, repair damaged road and pavement surfaces, cover road-occupation costs and clean the site after completion. Works must be completed by 11 December 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 09:00, with a PLN 2,000 tender guarantee. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the offered warranty must be between 60 and 72 months.
