Installation of air-conditioning in the premises of the District Family Assistance and Health Protection Centre in Dzierżoniów

Summary

The contract covers the delivery, installation, commissioning and handover of a complete VRF air-conditioning system in the building at Piastowska 1, Dzierżoniów, including refrigeration, condensate drainage, control and electrical power installations, supporting structures, testing, measurements, commissioning, as-built documentation, training for up to five people, and warranty inspections and servicing. The works must be completed within 3 months of signing the contract. The bid deadline is 10 September 2026 at 13:00, and the bid must be submitted electronically in Polish. Gross price is the sole award criterion and carries 100% of the score. No bid guarantee or performance security is required. The contractor must provide a 60-month warranty, with inspections and servicing included during the warranty period, and must employ workers under employment contracts for the specified preparatory, demolition, installation, general construction and finishing activities, except for managerial or specialist roles where an employment relationship is not appropriate.
