Construction of a stormwater drainage section as part of Stage I reconstruction of Sportowa Street in Ustka

Summary

The contract covers construction of approximately 264 metres of a 315 mm stormwater drainage main on Sportowa Street in Ustka, including demolition of existing surfaces and parts of the old drainage collector, reconnection of existing connections and culverts, road-surface reinstatement, earthworks, relocation of conflicting underground infrastructure, waste disposal, temporary traffic management, surveying and as-built documentation. The works must be completed by 11 December 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 09:00. Price carries 60% of the evaluation and the quality-guarantee period 40%; the minimum guarantee period is 60 months. The successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price and employ persons carrying out the specified construction activities under employment contracts.
