Modernisation of the roof and air-conditioning system of the Municipal Public Library in Mikołów

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to modernise the roof and air-conditioning system of the Municipal Public Library in Mikołów. The works include renovation of roof areas of approximately 200 m² and 670 m², replacement of gutters and downpipes, roof access improvements, lightning-protection works, replacement and commissioning of the external ventilation and air-conditioning unit, testing, staff training, preparation of two copies of the as-built documentation and two copies of the building energy performance certificate. The contract is to be completed within 3 months. Bids must be submitted electronically through the specified platform in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 00:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%), warranty and defects-liability period (30%) and the quality of the roofing membrane (10%).
