Reconstruction of selected premises administered by MZBK under the “Settled in Leszno and Kalisz” project – divided into two lots

Summary

The contract concerns reconstruction and adaptation works in two lots for premises administered by MZBK in Leszno, under the “Settled in Leszno and Kalisz” project. Lot 1 covers reconstruction of a residential unit at 24 Przemysłowa Street, apartment 9, including demolition, general building, sanitary and electrical works. Lot 2 covers reconstruction and change of use of a commercial unit at 28 Wolności Street, including demolition, building, sanitary and electrical works; furniture and household appliances are excluded. Bids may be submitted for both lots. The works are to be completed within 3 months. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 00:00. Offers are assessed by gross price (60 points) and quality guarantee period (40 points). The guarantee must be at least 36 months; periods above 60 months receive no additional evaluation points, while the declared period remains binding during contract performance.
