Extension of internal gas installations and construction of central-heating and domestic-hot-water systems in residential premises managed by ADM in Bydgoszcz

Summary

The tender covers three lots for extending internal gas installations and constructing central-heating, domestic-hot-water and flue systems in municipal residential premises managed by ADM in Bydgoszcz. The works include installing condensing gas boilers, removing existing heating sources, repairing affected floors and plaster, installing electrical connections for the boilers, and carrying out preparatory, acceptance, cleaning and organisational works while maintaining residents’ ability to occupy the premises. Each lot has a 45-day completion period. Offers may be submitted for all three lots. The price carries 60% and the warranty period 40% of the evaluation score. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding until 9 October 2026.
