Purchase of tractor equipment for the Białystok County Road Authority: chain mulcher, tractor machinery and tandem trailers

Summary

The procurement covers the delivery of tractor-mounted and agricultural equipment in three lots: Lot I, one pantograph-mounted chain mulcher; Lot II, one boom arm with flail mowing head, two pantograph-mounted flail mowers, two mowing heads and one tractor wood chipper; and Lot III, one two-axle tandem agricultural trailer with a payload of at least 7,000 kg and one tandem dump trailer with a payload of at least 12,000 kg. The equipment must be new, manufactured in 2025 or later, fully operational, compatible with John Deere 6130M-class tractors, and delivered at the supplier’s cost. Delivery is due within 60 days of contract signing and no later than 30 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 08:30 and remain binding for 30 days. Price carries 60% and the warranty and defect-liability period 40% of the evaluation. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
