Winter maintenance of roads managed by the Sulechów Municipality in the 2026–2027 winter season

Summary

The tender concerns winter maintenance of roads managed by the Sulechów Municipality during the 2026–2027 winter season, from 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027 (151 days). The services include 24-hour readiness and dispatch duties, snow clearing and anti-icing on approximately 9.6 km of the former national road 3, approximately 51.6 km of paved municipal roads, approximately 1.7 km of unpaved roads, and intervention services across the municipality. The contractor must provide the necessary equipment, salt, sand, transport and operators at its own cost, maintain continuous availability and employ personnel carrying out the contract activities under employment contracts. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Zamówienia platform by 10 September 2026 at 09:00. A bid guarantee of PLN 6,000 is required. Evaluation is based on price (60%), response time for regular services (10%), response time for intervention services (10%) and GPS availability in vehicles (20%).
