Summary

The contract covers the modernization of changing-room and sanitary facilities at the School and Preschool Complex in Lewin Kłodzki. The works include demolition, new HPL partitions, flooring, wall finishes and painting, replacement of internal doors, water and sewage installations, extract ventilation, LED lighting and electrical fittings, as well as the supply and installation of 30 metal lockers, benches and sports-equipment hooks. The works must be completed in two stages: at least 70% of the contract value by 30 October 2026 and the remainder within 5 months of signing the contract. Offers must be submitted electronically by 10 September 2026 at 11:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40%; the warranty must be at least 36 months, while periods up to 60 months receive scoring. No bid security is required, but a performance security of 5% of the gross contract price is required.
