Purchase and delivery of an agricultural tractor

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of one brand-new agricultural tractor under the 2025–2026 Population Protection and Civil Defence Programme. The tractor must be manufactured no earlier than 2025 and meet detailed technical requirements, including at least 65 HP, a minimum 3,300 cm³ diesel engine, 4x4 drive, specified transmission and hydraulic capacities, front and rear three-point linkage, pneumatic trailer brakes, a two-person approved cab, air conditioning and other required equipment. The supplier must provide Polish registration and approval documentation, at least a 24-month warranty, access to an authorised stationary service point, service response within 48 working hours and completion of repairs within 14 days of repair commencement, as well as training for two operators. Technical catalogues, specifications, approval documents or equivalent manufacturer documents must be submitted with the tender. The tender is submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 09:00. The contract is for one month. Award criteria are price (60%), warranty period (20%) and distance to the authorised service point (20%).
