Development of municipal recreational infrastructure in the area of Dmowskiego Street in Środa Wielkopolska: design and construction of a pumptrack bicycle track

Summary

The contract covers the design and construction of a pumptrack bicycle and roller-skating track in the area of Dmowskiego Street in Środa Wielkopolska, including all required design documentation, permits, approvals and utility-conflict resolution. The track is planned to be approximately 30 m × 40 m, with an asphalt riding surface at least 8 cm thick, at least two loops, a minimum riding length of 120 m, seating, pedestrian access and small-scale amenities. The works must be completed within 210 days. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 00:00. Award criteria are price (60%) and the additional warranty and guarantee period (40%); the minimum warranty and guarantee period is 60 months.
