Purchase and installation of energy-efficient lighting in the Mogielnica municipality

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase and installation of energy-efficient solar street lighting in the Mogielnica municipality, divided into 8 lots. Lot 1 covers 40 photovoltaic lamps in specified localities; Lots 2–7 cover between 1 and 6 solar lamps at specified locations; Lot 8 covers one hybrid solar-and-wind lamp in Wężowiec. Works include site preparation, foundations, delivery and installation of complete lighting systems, electrical and structural connections, programming, testing, technical acceptance, as-built documentation and handover of catalogues, declarations and certificates. The works must be completed within 1 month of contract signing, with the site handed over within 5 working days. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots. The price accounts for 60% and the warranty period for 40%; the minimum warranty is 36 months. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 12:00 and remain binding for 30 days. A performance bond of 5% of the contract price is required. For Lot 1, the tender documents require a PLN 3,000 bid guarantee; no bid guarantee is required for Lots 2–8.
