Security testing of network infrastructure, training, and delivery of equipment, services and software under the “Cybersecure Water Utilities” project

Summary

The procurement covers one integrated contract to be completed within 3 months of signing. The contractor must deliver, install, configure and commission seven cybersecurity packages: a GRC system with risk analysis and asset inventory; network security testing in IT, OT/ICS and IIoT environments; UTM devices; NAS storage, one enterprise physical server and tape-based backup archiving; EDR/XDR software; a SIEM system with training; and an NMS system with training. Offers must cover all seven packages and be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 80% of the score and the offered warranty period for 20%; the warranty must be between 24 and 48 months for scoring purposes.
