Floor replacement in the back facilities of the Public Library of Warsaw at 24 Śmiała Street

Summary

The tender concerns construction and renovation works to replace the floor in the back facilities of the Public Library of Warsaw at 24 Śmiała Street in Warsaw. The works include removing the existing floor layers and joists, preparing and levelling the substrate, installing thermal and moisture insulation, fitting a dry screed made of gypsum-fibre boards and a laminate floor, and removing and disposing of waste. The works must be completed within 45 days from signature of the contract. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40%; the permitted warranty periods are 36, 42 or 48 months. The bidder must also comply with requirements concerning protection of the work area, occupational safety, waste management, material quality documentation and employment of relevant workers under employment contracts.
