Purchase and delivery of network equipment and a server with software

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of a complete server and network infrastructure solution with software and accessories. The scope includes an enterprise server, SSD storage array, 10Gb/25Gb network switch with optical modules, rack UPS, 19-inch rack cabinet, server and database software, user licences, installation, configuration and user training. All items must be brand new, unused, non-refurbished, covered by the manufacturer's warranty and on-site service. The contract must be completed within 90 days of signing. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 09:00. The award criteria are price (60%) and extension of the server warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty and statutory guarantee period is 36 months, with additional points for extensions of 6, 12, 18 or 24 months.
