Comprehensive roof-covering renovation in two lots: Galeria Jan in Jankowice and the Municipal Culture and Recreation Centre in Świerklany

The procurement covers comprehensive roof-covering renovation works divided into two lots: Lot 1 at Galeria Jan in Jankowice, covering approximately 600 m² of roof to be covered with roofing felt, and Lot 2 at the Municipal Culture and Recreation Centre in Świerklany, covering approximately 674 m². The works include securing the site, dismantling the existing roof covering, repairing the substrate and structural elements, installing new roof layers and covering, sealing service penetrations, dismantling and reinstalling lightning protection where applicable, waste removal, reinstatement works and a chimney inspection. Each lot is assessed separately, bidders may submit offers for one or both lots, and the works must be completed within 2 months of contract signature and no later than 30 November 2026.
