The contract covers dismantling the existing indoor hydraulic OTIS passenger lift at the Dom Pomocy Społecznej in Muszyna, supplying and installing a new electric passenger lift, and completing the associated design, commissioning, testing, training, technical acceptance and registration. The lift must be new, suitable for transporting persons with disabilities, including wheelchair users, and must be delivered with as-built documentation and operating instructions. The contractor must obtain the Technical Inspection Authority (UDT) decision permitting operation and complete the works within 90 days of signing the contract. The contract is not divided into lots and no variants, bid guarantee or performance security are required. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 80 points and the warranty period 20 points; the minimum warranty is 36 months, with 48 months receiving 10 points and 60 months or more receiving 20 points.
