Installation of renewable energy systems in the Szczekociny City and Municipality Office building

Summary

The tender concerns the design and construction of renewable energy systems at the Szczekociny City and Municipality Office building. The contractor must prepare multidisciplinary design documentation, obtain the required approvals and permits, construct a new electricity connection, install an electric heat pump and electric boiler, modernize the boiler room, improve ventilation, install electrical and control systems with an intelligent energy management system, commission and optimize the system, and train the contracting authority’s staff. The works will be carried out in an occupied building, and the contractor must maintain the building’s operations and ensure user safety. The contract period is up to 12 months from signature. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 09:00; tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and an extended warranty period (40%). No bid guarantee is required, but a performance security equal to 5% of the total gross tender price must be provided.
