Modernisation of educational infrastructure in Domanice Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns the modernisation of educational infrastructure in Domanice, particularly the renovation of the artificial turf football pitch and sanitary changing facilities at the Orlik 2012 sports complex near the school in Domanice Kolonia. The works include removing the existing surface, preparing the base, installing new artificial turf and an impact-absorbing underlay, and replacing the football goals; the turf must include, among other requirements, fibres at least 30 mm high, at least 17,000 tufts/m², at least 490,000 fibres/m² and water permeability of at least 2,000 mm/h. The works must be completed within 2 months of contract signature. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 9:00, after the mandatory site visit. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty duration for 40%; the warranty must be at least 36 months. A PLN 8,000 tender guarantee is required, together with performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price upon contract award.
