Renovation of the Janinów Forester's Lodge Residential Building

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of the residential building at the Janinów forester's lodge, Janinów 7, Brzeziny municipality. The works include dismantling and later reinstating the electrical and lightning-protection installations, demolishing the rear veranda, insulating the foundations and walls with mineral wool, replacing windows and internal and external window sills, renewing fascia boards, roof gutters and downpipes, replacing stair tiles and facade boarding, painting remaining wooden elements, constructing a concrete-paver perimeter strip, and carrying out cleaning and reinstatement works. After completing the construction works, the contractor must prepare the building's energy performance certificate and provide it to the contracting authority in two paper copies and one electronic copy. The completion period is up to 70 days from contract signature. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 9 September 2026 at 08:00. The tender guarantee is PLN 2,850.00, and the performance security is 4.5% of the total tender price. Tenders will be evaluated by price (60%) and warranty period (40%).
