Construction of tourism shelters and upgrading of tourism infrastructure on the Central Roztocze Geotourist Trail in Nowiny

Summary

The tender concerns construction and upgrading of tourism infrastructure on the Central Roztocze Geotourist Trail in Nowiny. The works include constructing two wooden shelters with sandstone walls, each measuring 5.0 × 7.0 m, with grills; installing garden furniture, four solar lighting columns, two rotating cameras, two bicycle racks, two solar benches with device-charging points, ten direction signs and two information boards. On the existing walking trail, the contractor must harden 659.0 m² and restore 966.0 m² of surface, build stone steps and wooden railings, and install a further ten direction signs and seven solar benches with charging points. The contractor must prepare print-ready designs for the information boards and direction signs and may produce the prints only after the contracting authority’s written approval. The contract must be completed by 30 June 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish. The award criteria are price at 60% and the length of the quality guarantee at 40%; the offered guarantee must be stated in full months between 36 and 60 months. The tender guarantee is PLN 6,000, and the performance security is 5% of the gross tender price.
