The tender concerns the partial renovation of Building No. 16 in the military complex at 28B Powstańców Warszawy Street in Pruszcz Gdański. The works include renovating the bituminous felt roof, sheet-metal flashings, gutters and downpipes, demolishing a brick chimney measuring 5.8 metres above the roof, and restoring plaster on the tops of ventilation chimneys. The contracting authority may exercise an option for additional similar works on buildings with comparable technical characteristics; option works may be ordered repeatedly up to the maximum quantities specified in the bill of quantities.
