Modernisation of the sports field in the Kashubian housing estate in Gniewino

Summary

The tender concerns the modernisation of a multi-purpose sports field in the Kashubian housing estate in Gniewino. The works include dismantling the existing polyurethane surface and drainage elements, renewing the fencing and pavements, replacing basketball hoops, handball goals and ball-stop nets, preparing the asphalt base, and installing new SBR and EPDM surfaces with line markings. The lighting and monitoring solution must also be built, including a control cabinet, cable lines, 4 poles with foundations, 4 LED luminaires and 1 rotating camera. The works must be completed within 3 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10:00 on 9 September 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the quality guarantee for the construction works and materials for 40%. A tender guarantee is required.
