Reconstruction of local unpaved road no. 004410 F between Rańsko and Janowo

Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction of 704.54 metres of local unpaved road no. 004410 F between Rańsko and Janowo in the Janowo area. The works include removing topsoil, excavation and subgrade works, grading and compaction, construction of a crushed basalt aggregate base and wearing layer, construction of shoulders, and site restoration. The road will include access connections; the crossfall is 2% in one direction and both 0.5-metre-wide shoulders will have a 6% slope. The works must be completed within 55 days of signing the contract. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the quality guarantee and defects liability period carries 40%; the minimum period is 36 months. The successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
