Purchase and delivery of aggregate for the maintenance of Chocianów Forest District roads in 2026

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and successive delivery of granite and/or basalt aggregate for the ongoing maintenance of forest roads managed by the Chocianów Forest District. The required quantities are 1,000 tonnes of 0–31.5 mm aggregate and 2,800 tonnes of 31.5–63 mm aggregate, delivered to eleven forest districts. The main order must be completed within 35 working days from signing the contract. The contracting authority guarantees at least 75% of the main scope and may order additional quantities under an option worth up to 30% of the gross value of the main order. The bidder must submit the tender electronically, provide a PLN 3,000 tender guarantee and demonstrate the proper completion, during the last three years, of at least one delivery of crushed road aggregate with a total quantity of at least 1,000 tonnes. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and delivery time (40%).
