Renovation of the roof eaves, including gutters and new sheet-metal flashings, for the XXI Boleslaw Prus General Secondary School building in Lodz

Summary

This is a single-lot construction contract for renovating the roof eaves of the XXI General Secondary School building in Lodz, including replacement of gutters and sheet-metal flashings. The works include removal of three layers of roofing felt, dismantling of existing gutters, drainage baskets, flashings and boarding, disposal of roofing felt, substrate cleaning, plaster removal and concrete repairs, installation of 22 mm OSB boarding, two-layer heat-welded roofing felt, galvanized steel flashings, ten 40 × 40 × 30 cm drainage baskets and 187 m of 18 cm gutters. The contractor must also provide lifting equipment, a roofing hoist and two 7 m³ waste containers, complete the works within 8 weeks of contract signing, and provide at least 60 months of warranty and statutory liability. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 11:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty/statutory liability period (40%).
