Modernisation of entrance doors with an automatic opening system at the Poznań City Hall building, 16/20 Libelta Street

Summary

The contract covers the modernisation of the main entrance doors at the Poznań City Hall building at 16/20 Libelta Street. The works include removal of the existing joinery, installation of an aluminium system façade with automatic double sliding doors and burglar-resistant P4A safety glazing, control-system installation, integration with the existing fire alarm and access control systems, finishing works and testing. The building will remain in use, so particularly disruptive works must be carried out outside office hours and safe access must be maintained. The contract period is 3 months and the required warranty is at least 36 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 09:00. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty period for 40% of the evaluation. A 5% performance security and civil liability insurance with coverage at least equal to the gross contract remuneration are required.
