Organisation and delivery of a category B driving course

Summary

The contract covers the organisation and delivery of a category B driving course for 20 students, divided into two groups of 10. The course must include at least 60 hours per participant: 26 hours of driving-theory instruction, 4 hours of first-aid theory and practical exercises, and 30 hours of practical driving. Theory classes will take place at the school in Świdwin, while the manoeuvring yard must be located in Świdwin and practical driving must take place in a city in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship where category B state examinations can be held. The contractor must provide suitable training vehicles, medical examinations, the first theory and practical state examination, registration assistance, and training materials. The contract period is 19 months from signing, but no later than 30 March 2028. Offers must be submitted electronically by 3 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price at 95% and a social clause at 5%.
