Construction of a village community centre in Pałecznica – Stage I: completing the building to zero-state level

Summary

The tender concerns the first stage of constructing a village community centre in Pałecznica, Poland: completing the building to ground-floor/zero-state level. The works include preparatory and earthworks, foundations and foundation walls, damp- and waterproofing, backfilling and soil compaction, removal of tree roots from approximately 2,400 m² with disposal and site clearance, a water connection and a lightning protection ring, together with all necessary materials, equipment, tests, measurements, protection and handover documentation.
