Construction of a changing-room and sanitary facilities building at the LKS Lubań Maniowy sports field with technical infrastructure

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a new three-storey changing-room and sanitary facilities building at the LKS Lubań Maniowy sports field, together with technical infrastructure. The scope includes structural, roofing, insulation and finishing works; installation of an elevator; water, sewerage, heating, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, cooling, electrical, telecommunications and photovoltaic systems; utility connections; relocation of a conflicting power network; site development and surfacing; testing, commissioning and documentation required for use of the building. The building will have an approximate footprint of 214.82 m², usable floor area of 482.69 m² and height of 11.96 m. The contract period is 13 months. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 10:00 via the purchasing platform. The bid guarantee is PLN 30,000, and performance security is required. Award criteria are price at 60% and quality guarantee period at 40%.
