Construction of street lighting in Kluki municipality

Summary

The contract covers the construction of energy-efficient street lighting in four locations in Kluki municipality: Cisza, Kawalce, Nowy Janów and Parzno. The works include overhead, underground and combined 0.4 kV lighting lines, concrete or aluminium poles, LED road luminaires rated at up to 70 W and related control and cabling infrastructure. Bids may be submitted for one or all four lots, and the works must be completed by 21 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation consists of price (60%) and extension of the warranty and statutory liability period (40%); the minimum period is 60 months, with additional points for extending it by 6 or 12 months. No bid security is required, but the successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price before signing.
