The contract covers a design-and-build modernization of the heating source at the primary school in Stara Kamienica. The contractor must prepare the design and cost documentation, obtain the required permits and approvals, dismantle the existing boiler, and supply, install and commission two new pellet-fired water boilers operating in cascade. The works also include adapting the boiler-room and heating installations, sanitary, electrical, automation, construction and finishing works, a hydraulic system with a buffer tank, chimney adaptation and a control system with monitoring, remote supervision and alarm notifications.
