Purchase of IT equipment and software – Part 2: Supply of a server and computer sets

Summary

The procurement covers ICT equipment in two parts: one server and six standardized computer sets. The computer sets include a laptop, a docking monitor, an additional monitor, a webcam, a USB hub and all necessary cables. The server must be delivered within a maximum of 150 days after contract signature, while the computer sets must be delivered within 30 calendar days. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Zamowienia platform by 4 September 2026 at 10:00. No bid security or performance security is required. Evaluation is based on gross price and, depending on the part, delivery time or warranty period.
