Development of public spaces in Mierzęcice Osiedle and Sadowie villages

Summary

The tender concerns the development of public spaces in Mierzęcice Osiedle and Sadowie, divided into three lots. Lot 1 covers land levelling and the supply and installation of a Street Workout fitness structure. Lot 2 covers paving works in Sadowie, including concrete block paving, a concrete barbecue with two benches and a 9 m × 9 m dance circle. Lot 3 covers the supply and installation of playground equipment, including a metal play set, two types of swings, a two-person spring rocker, a mini rope park, a zip line, a rules board and four benches. Offers may be submitted for all three lots, and each lot must be completed by 30 October 2026. The award criteria for every lot are price, worth 60 points, and the warranty period, worth 40 points. The minimum warranty is 3 years; 4 years receives 20 points and 5 years or more receives 40 points. The contractor must maintain civil liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000 throughout performance, provide a performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price, and employ persons performing preparatory and construction work under employment contracts. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding until 8 October 2026.
