Comprehensive energy-efficiency improvement and thermal modernisation of public buildings in Boguszów-Gorce

Summary

The contract covers comprehensive energy-efficiency improvements and thermal modernisation of the Town Hall building at Plac Odrodzenia 1 in Boguszów-Gorce. The works include insulation and façade works, replacement of the heating system and heat source, related construction, sanitary, ventilation, demolition and finishing works, as well as an ornithological and chiropterological assessment, an information board, an energy performance certificate, an ex-post audit and calculations supporting the funding indicators. The contract must be completed within 240 days of signing. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish via the purchasing platform by 9 September 2026 at 10:00. The bid must include a PLN 15,000 tender guarantee. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40% of the evaluation weighting.
