Modernization of the water supply infrastructure in Wodzisław municipality – Stage I

Summary

The contract covers modernization of four water pumping stations in Podlesie, Sadki, Jeziorki and Kowalów Górny, including photovoltaic installations with capacities of 10.0 kWp, 10.0 kWp, 10.0 kWp and 20.0 kWp respectively. The contractor must integrate the upgraded facilities with the contracting authority’s GIS, monitoring, SCADA and photovoltaic monitoring systems, maintain the existing GPRS-based control and monitoring solution, provide compatible PLC and communication equipment, and complete the works by 30 November 2026. Water supply interruptions may take place only on working days between 08:00 and 14:00, with mobile pumping arrangements required outside interruption hours for fire protection and advance notification to residents. A mandatory site visit is required. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 09:00, with a PLN 10,000 bid guarantee. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and extended warranty period (40%).
